If you are trying to reset your password and are unable to access your account, keep reading. If you are logged in, head to the bottom of this document.

Password Reset When You Can't Access Your Account
First, ensure you're logged out of your WinRed profile. If you're unsure whether you are or not, click here to completely sign out.
Then request a password reset by clicking on this link and entering your email address.
You will then receive an email with a 'Reset Password' button in it. Click that when you get it.
If the email does not appear in your inbox after a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
After clicking that button, you will be prompted to input a new password.
Note: Passwords must have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*)
If you get the error "Invalid Reset Token" after you enter your new password, ensure that you're completely logged out of your account first. Click here to completely sign out.
Change Password While Logged In
If you're logged into your account, but want to change your password, follow the steps below.
Head to app.winred.com/profile, then select the Account tab. If you scroll down, you see the fields to update your password.
Here, input your current and then your new password and click Save.
Once this has been completed, your password will be successfully changed.
Note: Passwords must be 8 characters long, have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*)If you don't know your current password, follow the directions at the top of this document.
