Please have the following information ready:

  1. The first and last name of the person who made the donation

  2. The email address used to make the donation

  3. The last 4 digits of the card you used to make the donation

  4. The zip code you entered when making the donation

After requesting the refund, please allow 5-10 days for the funds to settle back into your account. 

You will receive an email notifying you once your refund has been fully processed.
