Donors can cancel any mistaken future recurring subscriptions on WinRed through their donor account.

Other ways to cancel a Recurring Subscription

Log in to your account at https://app.winred.com/profile and select the Subscriptions tab on your WinRed profile.

This tab will display all current recurring Subscriptions. To cancel, click the ... icon on the right-hand side of your subscription and click Cancel.

You will then be taken to a confirmation page. Click the Cancel Subscription button if you want to cancel your Subscription. Once you click this button, your recurring donation will be canceled, and you will not be charged on the next upcoming charge period.

You can request a cancellation of your Recurring Subscription by heading to https://winred.com/support/ and filling out the form pictured below or emailing us at donations@winred.com.
